Summary : Director Yoo Ha sexually charged courtly drama, [A Frozen Flower], took in over 1 million admissions in its first four days, setting an all time record for an adult-rated film. Released on New Year Eve, Dec 30, the film total box office take from Tuesday to Sunday was USD 6.9 million. The tale of a love triangle [or is it 3 person 4 way love] between a homosexual king, his bodyguard, and the queen, is set in Korea invasion-beset Goryeo Dynasty. It stars actor Jo In-Seong as the bodyguard caught between fear and desire. The queen [Song Ji-hyo] reluctantly sleeps with the king body guard at the order of the king (who have no male offsprings), but the two end up falling in doomed love.
