Korean Star Joo Ji-hoon Was Questioned Or Arrested On Drug Charges

Summary : Korean model and actor Joo Ji-hoon has been questioned on drug charges and could stand trial, police said Sunday. According to Yonhap News Agency, Joo, best known for his roles in the drama [Goong] and movie [The Naked Kitchen], is charged with two counts of taking drugs in March 2008 at drug parties with fellow entertainers. Arrest warrants for actress Yoon Sul Hui, 28, and model Yeh Hak Young, 26, have also been issued. The two are accused of smuggling drugs from Japan since August 2007. It was said that Yoon Seol-hee has confessed more names of individuals who took drugs from her. Of the approximately 15 additional names, there are seven or eight more celebrities. Police will be following with investigation of those additional parties, some of whom are as widely known as Joo Ji-hoon. This thing could get bigger and uglier.[More...][Less...]
