A joint short-digital film project produced by the Jeonju International Film Festival has won a special jury award at a Swiss film festival.

"Memories Jeonju Digital Project" has won the honor at the 60th International Film Festival Locarno in Switzerland.

Organizers of the Jeonju festival said the film opened the international competition section of the Locarno festival.

Major production house Sidus FNH has joined hands with mobile contents firm MO2 Communications to produce mobile games based on Sidus FNH's feature films.

After producing their first game based on comedy "Small Town Rivals" in March, the two companies signed a partnership agreement in March to create more games based on Sidus' past and upcoming films.

The guest list of the 2007 Asia Song Festival, Asia's biggest music gala, has been decided.

The Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange says 14 teams from nine countries will perform at the festival opening Sept. 22nd at Seoul World Cup Stadium. Sexy singer Seo In-young has maintained Korea's pride in archery.

With group member Park Jeong-ah and break dancer Popin Hyeon-joon, Seo on July 30 attended an opening ceremony of a Chinese satellite variety program promoting the success of next year's Beijing Olympics.

During the show, Seo teamed up with Hyeon-joon and took part in an archery match, finishing in first place among seven teams.

Sohn Ho-jun, a member of the male trio Tachyon, will debut as an actor in China.

Choi Si-won and Hankyung, members of the idol band Super Junior, visited China Wednesday as invited special guests on a lead Chinese entertainment show.
